Chef de Partie
We’re looking for enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join our growing team.
What We’re Looking For
- We are looking for capable and motivated chef de partie to join our team
- You will be cooking in all prep stations of the kitchen, with a focus on fresh quintessentially British food made on the premises
- We have a busy fast paced kitchen environment requiring the preparation of a variety of dishes that you will need to be able to adapt to cook
- Your role will be a mixture of straight and split shifts, normally 45 hours per week
- You will be part of the creative process of menu and dish creation
- We are a pub on the rise and buying into our culture of constant refinement and improvement is essential
Requirements:
- We are looking for an experienced chef who has worked as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef already
- We are looking for a creative chef who likes to show some flair in menu creation
- We are looking for a chef who has strong attention to detail, whilst being able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- We are looking for a chef with strong organisational skills
- We are looking for a chef who is able to work cleanly and keep their section in line, including labelling, stock rotation, knowledge of proper food handling, storage and preparation techniques to maintain food safety standards.
- We are looking for a chef with willingness to assist other team members as needed and contribute to a positive work environment
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Front of House Supervisor
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pub Supervisor to support the running of our busy pub The Crown Stowupland.
If you’re passionate about hospitality, love leading teams and thrive in a fast paced environment we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident supporting the management of a busy pub
- Energetic, hands on and proactive
- Able to inspire, motivate and lead a large team
The Role
Working closely with the front of house Manager, you’ll help lead and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service and strong business performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day pub operations
- Leading and motivating the team
- Maintaining food & drink service standards
- Front of house & kitchen support
- Stock control & inventory
- Supporting financial targets & business performance
- 40 – 45 hours working week (Alternating Tuesday to Saturday and Wednesday to Sunday)
